Strict Scope of Treatment:
We only provide the specific treatment requested (e.g. root canal or implant placement). Patients are always returned to your care for coronal restorations or ongoing maintenance.
Comprehensive Reporting:
Upon completion of treatment, you will receive full digital radiographs (RVG / CBCT), clinical treatment summaries, and restorative recommendations.
Open Clinical Discussion:
Dr. Heritage is always available to discuss case viability, radiographs, or treatment sequencing prior to formal referral.
